Er zijn drie toiletgebouwtjes op het complex De Papiermolen aanwezig: één ten zuiden van het wedstrijdbad, één ten noordwesten en één ten zuidwesten van de grote zonneweide. De toiletgebouwtjes hebben een vrijwel vierkante plattegrond, zijn opgetrokken in wit geschilderde baksteen, gemetseld in halfsteensverband en gedekt met twee lessenaarsdaken; de lage zijden van de lessenaarsdaken komen in het midden van het toiletgebouwtje uit, maar raken elkaar niet: hier is een gemene goot aangebracht. De toiletgebouwtjes bevatten drie toiletten voor dames en drie voor heren. Houten dakconstructie met ijzeren ondersteuning, de dakbedekking bestaat uit golfplaten.

De drie toiletgebouwtjes vertegenwoordigen algemeen belang wegens:

There are three toilet buildings on the De Papiermolen complex: one to the south of the competition pool, one to the northwest and one to the southwest of the large sunbathing area. The toilet buildings have an approximately square plan, are constructed in white-painted brick, laid in half-brick bond and covered with two lean-to roofs; the low sides of the lean-to roofs emerge in the centre of the toilet building but do not touch each other: here a common gutter has been fitted. The toilet buildings contain three toilets for ladies and three for gentlemen. Wooden roof structure with iron support, the roof covering consists of corrugated sheets.

The three toilet buildings represent a matter of general interest because of:
