Inleiding
Aan de noord-, west- en oostzijde wordt het schoolgebouw omgeven door het SCHOOLPLEIN. Langs de noordgrens van het perceel bevinden zich twee betonnen BANKEN, links en rechts van de docenten entree bevinden zich eveneens twee betonnen BANKEN.
Omschrijving
Het plein is bestraat met stoeptegels en stroken halve, donkere betontegels in een patroon van 3,5 x 3,5 meter: geënt op de hartmaat van de gevelkolommen. De banken bestaan uit een betonnen I-profiel balk, waardoor het lijkt alsof het constructiebalken zijn. De banken langs de noordgrens zijn circa twee meter lang. De banken links en rechts van de entree strekken zich uit vanaf de docenten entree tot aan beide hoeken van het gebouw. De plaats van de banken is zorgvuldig gepositioneerd in het raster van de bestrating van het schoolplein.

Het schoolplein met de banken is van algemeen belang:

The yard is paved with floor tiles and strips of half, dark concrete tiles in a pattern of 3.5 x 3.5 metres: aligned to the centreline of the facade columns. The benches consist of a concrete I-profile beam, which makes them appear to be structural beams. The benches along the northern boundary are approximately two metres long. The benches to the left and right of the entrance extend from the staff entrance to both corners of the building. The position of the benches is carefully positioned in the grid of the schoolyard paving.
