TUINHUIS MONTE CASA. Oorspronkelijk tot de aangrenzende buitenplaats Het Berghuis behorend voormalig jachthuisje in chaletstijl uit omstreeks het midden van de 19de eeuw, dat omstreeks de laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw ook dienst deed als biljartkamer en sociëteit. In verband met de laatst genoemde functie werd in 1880 een serre aangebouwd. Het op vierkante grondslag opgetrokken gebouwtje op plint is een verdieping hoog en wordt overkapt door een flauw zadeldak met ruim overstek. Centraal op het dak de schoorsteen, eveneens overkapt door een zadeldak met ruim overstek. Aan de met vakwerk afgewerkte voor(NO-)zijde de centraal gelegen entree, bestaande uit een dubbele meerruitsterrasdeur, voorafgegaan door een verhoogde rechthoekige borstwering voor de serre. Op de verdieping, aan weerszijden van de voorgevel en aan de achterzijde, enkele meerruitsvensters.

GARDEN HOUSE MONTE CASA. Originally belonging to the adjoining country estate Het Berghuis, former hunting lodge in chalet style from around the middle of the 19th century, which from around the last quarter of the 19th century also served as a billiard room and club. In connection with the last-mentioned function, a conservatory was built on in 1880. The building erected on a square ground plan on a plinth is one storey high and is covered by a shallow gabled roof with generous overhang. Centrally on the roof the chimney, likewise covered by a gabled roof with generous overhang. On the half-timbered front (NE) side the centrally located entrance, consisting of a double multi-light terrace door, preceded by a raised rectangular breast wall for the conservatory. On the storey above, on either side of the front facade and on the rear side, some multi-light windows.
