RECHTER BOUWHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Oostermeer. Ter weerszijden van het hoofdgebouw staan op symmetrische wijze rood bakstenen bouwhuizen met een L-vormige plattegrond. Het langgerekte bouwdeel staat evenwijdig aan de straat, de korte poot van de L steekt naar voren. De gebouwen bestaan uit één bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping onder een schilddak, dat is gedekt met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen. Er staat één schoorsteen op. De gevels worden aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een eenvoudige gootlijst en zijn voorzien van een hardstenen plint.
In het langgerekte deel bevindt zich centraal de voordeur met meerruitsbovenlicht, voorafgegaan door een stoep van vijf treden. Links en rechts van de entreepartij een meerruitsschuifvenster. In de linker zijgevel van de korte poot een venster als aan de voorzijde. In de kopgevel van de korte poot een hoge, dubbele inrijdeur, daarboven een dakkapel met dubbel draairaam, wangen en een geschulpt fronton. In de linker zijgevel centraal een blindnis ter grote van een venster, daarboven een dakkapel als aan de voorzijde. In de achtergevel diverse schuifvensters en op het dak een excentrisch geplaatste dakkapel als aan de voorzijde. Ook twee aanbouwen. De rechter zijgevel is voorzien van twee meerruitsvensters. Het rechter bouwhuis was oorspronkelijk koetshuis. Het dateert uit de bouwtijd, omstreeks 1728.

Het RECHTER BOUWHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Oostermeer is van algemeen belang:

Description
RIGHT OUTBUILDING belonging to the country estate Oostermeer. On either side of the main building there stand, in symmetrical fashion, red brick outbuildings with an L-shaped floor plan. The elongated building section stands parallel to the street, the short arm of the L projects forward. The buildings consist of one storey and an attic storey under a hipped roof, which is covered with perished Dutch old-type tiles. There is one chimney on it. The facades are closed off at the top by a simple drip moulding and are provided with a hardstone plinth.
In the elongated section there is centrally the front door with a multi-pane fanlight, preceded by a flight of five steps. To the left and right of the entrance bay a multi-pane sash window. In the left side gable of the short arm a window as at the front. In the end gable of the short arm a tall, double carriage door, above it a roof dormer with double casement window, cheeks and a carved pediment. In the left side gable centrally a blind opening the size of a window, above it a roof dormer as at the front. In the rear gable various sash windows and on the roof an eccentrically placed roof dormer as at the front. Also two extensions. The right side gable is provided with two multi-pane windows. The right outbuilding was originally a carriage house. It dates from the construction period, around 1728.
