Omschrijving onderdeel 12:
SCHUUR BIJ DIENSTWONING. Kleine aan de voor- en zijkanten witgepleisterde stenen schuur uit 1890 op rechthoekige grondslag onder rieten wolfsdek. Aan de noordzijde een ijzeren 8-ruits stalvenster. Aan de naar de boerderij gerichte voorzijde de toegangsdeur en links hiervan een ijzeren 8-ruits stalvenster. De deur is geschilderd in de Van Heeckeren kleuren goud en rood.
Waardering De SCHUUR behorende bij de buitenplaats Molecaten, is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang

BARN ADJOINING SERVANTS' HOUSE. Small stone barn whitewashed on the front and sides from 1890, on a rectangular ground plan, beneath a thatched half-hipped roof. On the north side an iron 8-pane stable window. On the front facing the farmstead the entrance door and to its left an iron 8-pane stable window. The door is painted in the Van Heeckeren colours gold and red.
