Omschrijving onderdeel 11:
DIENSTWONING Aan de laan ten zuiden van de vijverpartij in landschapsstijl gelegen witgepleisterde dienstwoning op rechthoekige grondslag onder met gesmoorde rode pannen gedekt wolfsdak. De voorgevel vertoont een blokmotief. In de voorgevel de gedenksteen van de oprichting van de boerderij: "Baronesse van Heeckeren van Molecaten geboren van der Goes heeft de eerste steen gelegd 25 augustus 1881". Aan de voorzijde 2 6-ruitsschuifvensters met luiken. Centraal op de verdieping een ensemble van twee kleine halfronde vensters onder gebogen in de gevel uitzwenkende stenen tracering. Aan de rechterzijde de entreedeur. Aan de linkerzijde een uitgebouwd salet en 4-ruitsvenster. Luiken en deur zijn geschilderd in de Van Heeckeren kleuren goud en rood.

SERVANTS' HOUSE Located on the lane to the south of the ornamental water feature, a whitewashed servants' house on a rectangular ground plan, beneath a half-hipped roof covered with muted red tiles. The front facade displays a block motif. In the front facade the commemorative stone marking the foundation of the farmstead: "Baroness van Heeckeren van Molecaten born van der Goes laid the first stone 25 August 1881". On the front two 6-pane sash windows with shutters. Centrally on the upper storey an ensemble of two small semicircular windows beneath curved stone tracery that swings out from the facade. On the right side the entrance door. On the left side a projecting alcove and 4-pane window. Shutters and door are painted in the Van Heeckeren colours gold and red.
