Omschrijving onderdeel 6:
DRUIVENKAS. Kas op rechthoekige grondslag in 1893 opgetrokken aan de noordwestzijde van de hof direct achter het huis. De kas is opgetrokken in rode baksteen, heeft een gesloten achter wand en gedeeltelijk gesloten zijmuren met spouw. Het muurwerk zet zich aan de zijkanten en voorzijde voort als plint van de kas, die een gevelopbouw heeft van ijzeren regels waarin glas. De kas wordt aan de voor(zuid-)zijde overkapt door een glaskap met constructie in red cedar, aangebracht bij de restauratie in 1992-1993, ter vervanging van het ijzeren regelwerk. Aan de achterzijde heeft de kas een zinken dakbedekking. Het dak steunt op een ijzeren Polonceau dakspant. Inwendig een binnenmuur tussen koude en warme kas. Aan de westzijde van de kas de gedenksteen van de bouw en restauratie: "Jean Chrétien van Braam 1893, Cornelis Felix Joseph Slager 1993".

GRAPE HOUSE. Glasshouse on rectangular ground plan erected in 1893 on the northwest side of the courtyard directly behind the house. The glasshouse is erected in red brick, has a closed rear wall and partially closed side walls with cavity. The brickwork continues on the sides and front as plinth of the glasshouse, which has a facade structure of iron glazing bars with glass. The glasshouse is overcanopied on the front (south) side by a glass canopy with structure in red cedar, installed during the restoration in 1992-1993, in replacement of the iron glazing bars. On the rear side the glasshouse has a zinc roof covering. The roof rests on an iron Polonceau roof truss. Internally a dividing wall between cold and warm glasshouse. On the west side of the glasshouse the commemorative stone of the construction and restoration: "Jean Chrétien van Braam 1893, Cornelis Felix Joseph Slager 1993".
