Omschrijving onderdeel 4:
KOETSHUIS MET DIENSTWONINGEN EN STALGEBOUW. In neoclassicistische trant opgetrokken wit gepleisterd koetshuis met voormalige dienstwoningen aan de zijkanten, opgetrokken in 1826 in opdracht van de toenmalige eigenaar Robbert baron Van Heeckeren en met zijn brede front naar het oosten en evenwijdig aan de zijgevels van Huis Molecaten, gesitueerd, ca, 80 meter ten westen van Huis Molecaten. Het op een rechte grondslag opgetrokken gebouw van een laag met goot op klossen onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak vertoont aan de noordoostzijde een gedenksteen met de tekst: "Jacob Anne Van Heeckeren Heeft Den Eersten Steen Gelegd 1826". Jacob Anne was de zoon van de toenmalige eigenaar Robbert baron van Heeckeren. Aan de voorzijde twee halfronde poortdeuren met ertussen een halfrond 6-ruitsvenster. Ter linker- en rechterzijde van dit centraal gelegen koetshuis gedeelte de toegangsdeur van de voormalige dienstwoning, bestaande uit een rechte deur met halfrond 2-ruits bovenlicht. Ernaast een halfrond 6-ruitsvenster. De deuren zijn geschilderd in de kleuren rood en oker. De vensters vertonen luiken in deze kleur. De voor- en zijgevels worden aan de hoeken door een pilaster gemarkeerd. In de voorgevel tussen het koetshuisgedeelte en de voormalige dienstwoning eveneens een pilaster. In de rechter gevel een hoog gelegen halfrond ijzeren stalvenster, waarschijnlijk aangebracht toen in 1882 het koetshuis met een rode bakstenen stal op rechte grondslag onder met grijze Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak werd uitgebreid. In de voor(noord-)gevel van deze stal, die evenwijdig aan de rechter gevel van en haaks staande op het koetshuis werd opgetrokken, links onder een gedenksteen met de tekst: "Jacob Anne Baron van Heeckeren van Molecaten oud 15 jaar heeft de eerste steen gelegd den 12 julij 1892". In de voorgevel van de stal aan de linkerkant de rechte toegangsdeur met 2-ruits bovenlicht met rechts hiervan een halfrond ijzeren stalvenster. Rechts hiervan 5 naast elkaar geplaatste halfronde stalvensters.

COACH HOUSE WITH SERVICE DWELLINGS AND STABLE BUILDING. Coach house built in neoclassical style, rendered in white plaster, with former service dwellings on the sides, erected in 1826 at the commission of the then owner Robbert baron Van Heeckeren and with its broad front facing east and parallel to the side facades of Huis Molecaten, situated approximately 80 metres to the west of Huis Molecaten. The building, erected on a rectangular ground plan, consists of one storey with gutter on corbels beneath a hipped roof covered with Old Dutch tiles, and displays on the northeast side a commemorative stone with the text: "Jacob Anne Van Heeckeren Heeft Den Eersten Steen Gelegd 1826". Jacob Anne was the son of the then owner Robbert baron van Heeckeren. On the front two semicircular carriage doors with between them a semicircular 6-pane window. To the left and right of this centrally located coach house section the entrance door of the former service dwelling, consisting of a straight door with semicircular 2-pane fanlight. Beside it a semicircular 6-pane window. The doors are painted in the colours red and ochre. The windows display shutters in this colour. The front and side facades are marked at the corners by a pilaster. In the front facade between the coach house section and the former service dwelling likewise a pilaster. In the right facade a high-set semicircular iron stable window, probably installed when in 1882 the coach house was extended with a red brick stable on rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof covered with grey Old Dutch tiles. In the front (north) facade of this stable, which was erected parallel to the right facade of and perpendicular to the coach house, to the left below a commemorative stone with the text: "Jacob Anne Baron van Heeckeren van Molecaten oud 15 jaar heeft de eerste steen gelegd den 12 julij 1892". In the front facade of the stable on the left side the straight entrance door with 2-pane fanlight with to the right of it a semicircular iron stable window.
