Omschrijving onderdeel 32: BOERDERIJ 'DE NEUST'.
In de oosthoek van de buitenplaats, op een verhoging gelegen boerderij van het hallenhuistype met een dwars geplaatst voorhuis dat middels een tussenlid met de forse schuur is verbonden. De boerderij zal in oorsprong dateren uit de zeventiende eeuw. Op de kadastrale minuut van omstreeks 1830 zijn het voorhuis en de schuur nog niet met elkaar verbonden. 'De Neust' is een oude boerderijnaam, die gezien moet worden als een samentrekking van Den Oest of Den Oost. De boerderij lag in de oosthoek van 'des cloosters erve' op de grens met Tricht. In 1315 wordt de naam voor het eerst genoemd.
Het uit rode baksteen opgetrokken voorhuis ligt onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt schilddak. Hoekschoorstenen. In de voorgevel vier vensters met zesruitsverdeling (niet oorspronkelijk). Stafankers onder de dakrand.
In de linkerzijgevel bevindt zich de toegang met een rondboogbovenlicht met spaakroedeverdeling. Voorts twee roedevensters. De rechterzijgevel heeft twee zesruitsvensters en een deur met bovenlicht.

Description of component 32: FARMHOUSE 'DE NEUST'.
In the east corner of the country estate, situated on a raised elevation is a farmhouse of the hall-house type with a transversely placed front house that is connected to the sturdy barn by means of a connecting link. The farmhouse will originally date from the seventeenth century. On the cadastral plan of around 1830, the front house and the barn are not yet connected to each other. 'De Neust' is an old farmhouse name, which should be seen as a contraction of Den Oest or Den Oost. The farmhouse lay in the east corner of 'the cloister's property' on the border with Tricht. In 1315 the name is mentioned for the first time.
The front house, built in red brick, lies under a hipped roof covered with plain tiles. Corner chimneys. In the front facade four windows with six-pane glazing (not original). Staff anchors below the eaves.
In the left side facade is the entrance with a round-arched fanlight with spoke glazing bars. Furthermore two rood windows. The right side facade has two six-pane windows and a door with fanlight.
