Inleiding
Gesitueerd over de Weipoortse Vliet, verbindt een draaibrug de onverharde oprijlaan aan de oostzijde met het erf aan de westzijde. Gerestaureerd in 1972-1975.
Omschrijving
De ongelijkarmige DRAAIBRUG bestaat uit een brugdek op een draaipijler. De draaipijler bevindt zich dicht bij de oostelijke wal van de Weipoortse Vliet en is van beton. In deze betonnen basis is een verticale spil opgenomen, waar de brug in horizontale richting omheen draait. Rond de spil is een rolring met rollen aanwezig die de brug ondersteunt. Het brugdek wordt gedragen door een aantal langsliggers. Bij de draaias rusten de langsliggers op dwarsliggers die door de rolring ondersteund worden. Ter bescherming van de brug in geopende stand bevinden zich aan weerszijden van het brugdek van de korte arm beschermings- en geleidingswerk in de vorm van houten palen en een constructie uit ijzeren profielen. Langs het brugdek bevinden zich leuningen.
Waardering
De DRAAIBRUG is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de kenmerkendheid en als in aanleg gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van een overbrugging van een vaarwater in landelijke gebied;
- de ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang met de overige onderdelen van het agrarische bedrijf;
- de zeldzaamheidswaarde door het verdwijnen van steeds meer draaibruggen.

Introduction
Spanning the Weipoortse Vliet, a swing bridge connects the unpaved access road on the east side with the yard on the west side. Restored in 1972-1975.
Description
The unequal-armed SWING BRIDGE consists of a bridge deck on a pivot pier. The pivot pier is located close to the eastern bank of the Weipoortse Vliet and is made of concrete. In this concrete base is incorporated a vertical spindle, around which the bridge rotates in horizontal direction. Around the spindle is a roller ring with rollers which supports the bridge. The bridge deck is supported by a number of main beams. At the rotating axis the main beams rest on cross beams which are supported by the roller ring. To protect the bridge in open position, there are on both sides of the bridge deck of the short arm protective and guiding structures in the form of wooden poles and a structure of steel profiles. Along the bridge deck are railings.

The SWING BRIDGE is of general importance because of:
- its characteristic nature and as an intact example as constructed of a crossing of a waterway in rural area;
- its ensemble value because of its relationship with the other components of the farming business;
