Inleiding
Gesitueerd vooraan op het perceel ten zuiden van het hoofdgebouw, aan de brede sloot. Gerestaureerd in de jaren zeventig van de twintigste eeuw. Getuige de kadastrale minuut bevond zich in 1832 reeds een boenhok op deze plek. Gezien de afmetingen betreft dit niet het huidige boenhok. Deze dateert vermoedelijk van omstreeks 1900-1920.
Omschrijving
Het kleine BOENHOK is gebouwd op rechthoekige grondslag. Het gemetselde object is éénlaags en voorzien van een lessenaarsdak met een overstek aan de waterzijde. Het dakoverstek is voorzien van gesneden houten consoles. De ingang is getoogd en voorzien van openslaande deuren. In de zijgevels bevinden zich gietijzeren stalvensters. Intern zijn een betegelde vloer met afstapje naar het waterniveau en een hekje uit stijl- en regelwerk noemenswaardig.
Waardering
Het BOENHOK is van algemeen belang:
- het object heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang met de overige onderdelen van het agrarische bedrijf;
- vanwege de situationele en visuele waarde vanwege de karakteristieke ligging vooraan op het erf;

Introduction
Situated at the front of the plot south of the main building, on the broad ditch. Restored in the nineteen-seventies. According to the cadastral plan a boathouse was already present at this spot in 1832. Given the dimensions this is not the current boathouse. This dates presumably from around 1900-1920.
Description
The small BOATHOUSE is built on a rectangular foundation. The masonry object is single-storey and provided with a lean-to roof with an overhang on the water side. The roof overhang is provided with carved wooden consoles. The entrance is arched and provided with opening doors. In the side facades are cast iron stable windows. Internally a tiled floor with a step down to water level and a gate of frame and rail construction are noteworthy.
Valuation
The BOATHOUSE is of general importance:
- the object has ensemble value because of the coherence with the other components of the agricultural enterprise;
- because of the situational and visual value because of the characteristic position at the front of the yard;
- as a characteristic and substantially well-preserved example of a boathouse.
