Inleiding
Tot het boerderijcomplex behoort tevens een rechts van de boerderij gelegen zomerhuis (verm. XVIIIB) dat met een tussenlid verbonden is met de boerderij. Thans bevindt zich in het plaveisel achter het zomerhuis de aftekening van een houten schuur die tegen de achtergevel van het zomerhuis was gebouwd.
Omschrijving
Het ZOMERHUIS is in baksteen opgetrokken en overdekt met een schilddak, gedekt met dakpannen. De houtconstructie van het zomerhuis bestaat uit een enkelvoudige zolderbalklaag en kapgebinten. De voorgevel van het zomerhuis - waarin twee zesruits schuifvensters zijn opgenomen - bezit afgeschuinde hoeken aan weerszijden. De dakschilden boven deze gevel zijn gedekt met zwart geglazuurde dakpannen. De overige schilden zijn gedekt met rode dakpannen.

Het ZOMERHUIS is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- cultuurhistorische waarde als uitdrukking van een belangrijk element van een boerenbedrijf;

Currently, the outline of a wooden barn that was built against the rear facade of the summer house is visible in the paving behind the summer house.
Description
The SUMMER HOUSE is constructed in brick and covered with a hipped roof, tiled with roof tiles. The timber structure of the summer house consists of a simple floor joist layer and roof trusses. The front facade of the summer house - which contains two six-pane sash windows - has chamfered corners on both sides. The roof pitches above this facade are tiled with black glazed roof tiles. The remaining pitches are tiled with red roof tiles.
