Omschrijving
Omstreeks 1920 als bouwpakket uit Zwitserland aangevoerd HUIS, op de splitsing van de Zijpendaalseweg en de zuidelijke toegang naar Gulden Bodem. Houten gebouw op vrijwel vierkante plattegrond onder overstekend ingezwenkt, met riet gedekt zadeldak. Het huis is een bouwlaag en een kapverdieping hoog. De begane grond is van horizontale delen samengesteld, de verdieping van een verticale beplanking. Vensters op de begane grond met luiken.
Waardering
Het houten HUIS behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Gulden Bodem is van cultuurhistorisch belang:

Around 1920 a HOUSE brought in as a building kit from Switzerland, at the junction of the Zijpendaalseweg and the southern access to Gulden Bodem. Wooden building on an almost square floor plan under an overhanging swept-in, reed-thatched gabled roof. The house is one storey and a roof space storey high. The ground floor is composed of horizontal elements, the upper floor of vertical boarding. Windows on the ground floor with shutters.
