Voormalige ORANJERIE ten zuidwesten van het huis Zypendaal, gebouwd tegelijk met het koetshuis in 1764-1767. Aan de zuidkant bevond zich in de 18de eeuw de moestuin. Wijzigingen zoals het vervangen van de 18de-eeuwse roedevensters door achtruits vensters zullen in de eerste helft van de 19de eeuw hebben plaats gevonden. In 1978 is de oranjerie gerestaureerd en als kantoorruimte ingericht. Hierbij is een moderne constructie ingebouwd. Gebouw opgetrokken van rode baksteen op rechthoekige plattegrond, van een bouwlaag en een kap hoog onder omlopend, schilddak, gedekt met gesmoorde oud Hollandse pannen. Lage geschilderde plint. De gevels worden met geprofileerde lijsten afgesloten. Vensters met rechte strekken. De naar het voorplein gerichte noordzijde is regelmatig van indeling, vijf traveeën breed en gespiegeld met het daar tegenover liggende koetshuis (zie hiervoor onderdeel 3). De deurpartij in de noordgevel is verbreed, getuige bouwsporen in het metselwerk. In de oostgevel drie fenêtres à terre. Onder de twee rechtervensters in de achtergevel (zuid) zitten twee keldervensters. In het inwendige een kleine kelder onder het zuidoostelijke deel.

Former ORANGERY southwest of the house Zypendaal, built at the same time as the carriage house in 1764-1767. On the south side in the 18th century there was the vegetable garden. Alterations such as the replacement of 18th-century glazing bars windows by casement windows will have taken place in the first half of the 19th century. In 1978 the orangery was restored and fitted out as office space. In doing so a modern structure was incorporated. Building constructed of red brick on rectangular ground plan, one storey high and a roof high under encompassing hipped roof, covered with darkened old Dutch tiles. Low painted plinth. The facades are finished with moulded cornices. Windows with straight heads. The north side facing the forecourt is regular in arrangement, five bays wide and mirrored with the carriage house opposite it (see component 3 for this).
