Omschrijving
In oorsprong 18de-eeuwse HALLEHUISBOERDERIJ met middenlangsdeel, genaamd De Teerplaats, in zijn huidige verschijningsvorm grotendeels daterend uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw. De naam die aanvankelijk verbonden was aan een daarnaast gelegen boerderijtje dat in 1907 is afgebroken, zou te maken hebben met het schuttersgilde dat daar in het verleden kwam potverteren. In zijn huidige verschijningsvorm dateert de Teerplaats grotendeels uit het midden van de 19de eeuw. Omstreeks 1900 werd aan de rechterzijde een dienstwoning ingebouwd, bestemd voor de chauffeur van de familie Brantsen. Boerderij op rechthoekige plattegrond onder overstekend zadeldak met gesmoorde oud Hollandse pannen gedekt. Asymmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met rondboogdeur en -vensters. Persiennes aan de vensters. Eveneens rondboog keldervenster rechts onder. Op de verdieping drie rondboogvenstertjes onderling door een gestucte lijst verbonden. De rechterzijgevel heeft een forse uitbouw van twee bouwlagen onder overstekend wolfdak dat op het hoofddak aanloopt. Getrapt bakstenen fries onder de dakrand. Regelmatig ingedeelde toegangsgevel met deur en vensters met bovenlicht met roedeverdeling. De vensters hebben luiken ter hoogte van het onderraam. In het lage deel van de rechterzijgevel vensters en deuren van verschillende grootte waaronder een garagedeur uiterst rechts. In de linkerzijgevel ter hoogte van het bedrijfsgedeelte rondboogmestdeurtjes. De achtergevel is symmetrisch van indeling met dubbele deeldeur in het midden, geflankeerd door een rond stalvenster. Originally 18th-century HALL FARMHOUSE with central longitudinal section, named De Teerplaats, in its present appearance largely dating from the second half of the 19th century. The name which was originally associated with an adjacent small farmhouse that was demolished in 1907 may be related to the marksmen's guild that used to gather there in the past. In its present appearance the Teerplaats largely dates from the middle of the 19th century. Around 1900 a servant's house was built into the right side, intended for the chauffeur of the Brantsen family. Farmhouse on rectangular plan under overhanging gabled roof covered with weathered old Dutch tiles. Asymmetrically arranged front facade with round-arch door and windows. Shutters at the windows. Likewise round-arch cellar window on the right below. On the upper storey three small round-arch windows connected to each other by a stuccoed list. The right side facade has a substantial extension of two storeys under overhanging half-hipped roof that runs onto the main roof. Stepped brick frieze under the roof edge. Regularly arranged entrance facade with door and windows with fanlight with glazing bars. The windows have shutters at the height of the lower frame. In the lower part of the right side facade windows and doors of various sizes including a garage door at the far right. In the left side facade at the height of the business section round-arch manure doors.
