Omschrijving
Voormalige BOERDERIJ uit omstreeks 1800, gelegen ten noorden van de Grote Vijver. De boerderij staat op het terrein, dat vroeger bekend stond als 'De Wildbaan'. De boerderij is verbouwd tot restaurant, waarbij in de deelruimte diverse constructies werden ingebouwd.
Uit baksteen opgetrokken hallehuisboerderij met middenlangsdeel, op rechthoekige plattegrond onder wolfsdak, gedekt met gesmoorde opnieuw verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Voor- en achtergevel bezitten vlechtingen en staafankers. De voorgevel is asymmetrische van indeling. Uiterst links en rechts bevinden zich kleine vensters met rollagen aan onder- en bovenzijde en houten luiken. Ingang met bovenlicht met roedeverdeling. Rechts hiervan een groot venster met houten luiken met sierlijsten. In de zolderverdieping twee kleine 4-ruits vensters.
De zeer lage rechter zijgevel heeft bij het voormalige bedrijfsgedeelte zes bakstenen steunbeertjes, gemetseld in machinale baksteen. Vier vensters. De linker zijgevel gaat grotendeels schuil achter een jongere aanbouw. Een gedeelte is gepleisterd en bevat een houten deur.
De achtergevel bezit in het midden de vroegere deelingang onder een brede korfboog met natuurstenen aanzet- en sluitstenen. Aan weerszijden bevinden zich ovale stalvensters met rollagen en 9-ruits ijzeren ramen. Geheel links en rechts de voormalige stalingangen met rondboogdeuren met natuurstenen duimblokken.
Van het oorspronkelijke INTERIEUR van de boerderij resteert de ankerbalkconstructie uit omstreeks 1800. Onder het rechter gedeelte (rechts voor) van de boerderij bevindt zich een kleine gewelfkelder. Het gewelf is segmentvormig.
Waardering
De voormalige BOERDERIJ behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Sonsbeek is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:
- wegens de ouderdom;

Description
Former FARMHOUSE dating from around 1800, located north of the Grote Vijver. The farmhouse stands on land that was formerly known as 'De Wildbaan'. The farmhouse has been converted into a restaurant, with various structures installed in the shared space.
Constructed of brick as a hall-house farmhouse with central longitudinal section, on a rectangular plan under a half-hipped roof, covered with aged improved Dutch pan tiles. Front and rear facades have wattle-and-daub and staff anchors. The front facade has an asymmetrical arrangement. At the far left and right are small windows with roller shades on both upper and lower sides and wooden shutters. Entrance with fanlight with glazing bars. To the right of this a large window with wooden shutters with decorative mouldings. In the upper storey two small 4-pane windows.
The very low right side facade has at the former business section six small brick buttresses, laid in machine-made brick. Four windows. The left side facade is largely concealed behind a later extension. Part is plastered and contains a wooden door.
The rear facade has in the middle the former shared entrance under a broad basket arch with natural stone setting and closing stones. On either side are oval stable windows with roller shades and 9-pane iron frames. Far left and right the former stable entrances with round-arch doors with natural stone thumb blocks.
Of the original INTERIOR of the farmhouse the anchor-beam structure from around 1800 remains. Under the right section (right front) of the farmhouse is a small barrel-vaulted cellar. The vault is segmental in form.

The former FARMHOUSE forming part of the historical country estate Sonsbeek is of general cultural-historical significance:
