Omschrijving onderdeel 6: TUINMUUR, baksteen, XVIII.
De muur, die de scheiding vormt tussen de binnenplaats en de tuin bij het huis en vanouds de scheiding tussen Beegden en Heel markeert, begint bij de oostelijke pijler van de toegangspoort en eindigt in een forse bakstenen pijler, ong. 3 m. uit de gevel van het koetshuis. Aan deze pijler hingen vroeger twee pompen; één aan de tuinzijde en één aan de kant van de binnenplaats; beide zijn verdwenen. Tussen pijler en koetshuismuur nieuwe lage ijzeren hekvleugels. De muur is ongeveer 2.50 m. hoog en heeft een bijzondere vegetatie.
Waardering
De TUINMUUR is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;

Description
Description component 6: GARDEN WALL, brick, 18th century.
The wall, which forms the division between the inner courtyard and the garden at the house and from time immemorial marks the division between Beegden and Heel, begins at the eastern pier of the access gate and ends in a substantial brick pier, approximately 3 m. from the gable of the coach house. Two pumps formerly hung from this pier; one on the garden side and one on the courtyard side; both have disappeared. Between pier and coach house wall are new low iron gate wings. The wall is approximately 2.50 m. high and has distinctive vegetation.
Valuation
The GARDEN WALL is of general importance in terms of cultural-historical value:
- on account of its age;
- as an essential cultural-historical component of the historic country estate;
- on account of its high degree of intactness;
- as a rare example of a robust garden wall on a historic country estate.
