Omschrijving onderdeel 2: KOETSHUIS, XVIII.
Het koetshuis is gebouwd met rode baksteen onder rode Oud-Hollandse pannen (zuidzijde) en grijze Oud-Hollandse pannen (binnenplaatszijde), oorspronkelijk in gebruik als paardenstal, gelegen langs het zuidelijke grachtgedeelte tussen het hoofdgebouw en de boerderij. Het koetshuis is in feite een verlengstuk oostelijk van de stallen van de boerderij. In 1969 is deze voormalige paardenstal onder leiding van architect W. Röling omgebouwd tot woning. Hierbij werd in de zuidgevel een groot venster met tuindeur gemaakt.
Waardering Het KOETSHUIS is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- wegens de ouderdom;
- als wezenlijk onderdeel van het historische complex;
- wegens de ensemblewaarde.

Description
Description of component 2: COACH HOUSE, 18th century.
The coach house is built with red brick under red Old Dutch tiles (south side) and grey Old Dutch tiles (courtyard side), originally in use as a horse stable, situated along the southern moat section between the main building and the farmhouse. The coach house is in fact an extension to the east of the stables of the farmhouse. In 1969 this former horse stable was converted into a residence under the direction of architect W. Röling. In this process a large window with garden door was made in the south gable.
Valuation The COACH HOUSE is of general cultural-historical importance:

- as an essential component of the historic complex;
