Inleiding
Voormalige DOKTERSWONING behorend tot het complex Sanatorium de Klokkenberg. De woning is ontworpen door C.H. de Bever en C.M. van Moorsel in traditionalistische stijl en is gebouwd in de periode 1951-1953. Het huis maakt deel uit van een rij huizen aan de zuidzijde van het terrein.
Omschrijving
De DOKTERSWONING is gebouwd op een L-vormige plattegrond en is opgetrokken in metselwerk en heeft een schilddak gedekt met blauwgrijze pannen, doorbroken door gemetselde schoorstenen. De hoofdingang is geplaatst in entreeportaal met schilddak. Ramen met roedenverdeling. Het huis heeft zijn oorspronkelijke inrichting en structuur grotendeels behouden.

De DOKTERSWONING van complex Sanatorium De Klokkenberg is van algemeen belang als toonbeeld van de vroege wederopbouw:

Former DOCTOR'S DWELLING belonging to the complex Sanatorium De Klokkenberg. The dwelling was designed by C.H. de Bever and C.M. van Moorsel in traditionalist style and was built in the period 1951-1953. The house forms part of a row of houses on the southern side of the site.
Description
The DOCTOR'S DWELLING is built on an L-shaped plan and is constructed in masonry and has a hipped roof covered with blue-grey tiles, interrupted by brick chimneys. The main entrance is placed in an entrance portico with hipped roof. Windows with glazing bars. The house has largely retained its original layout and structure.
Valuation
The DOCTOR'S DWELLING of complex Sanatorium De Klokkenberg is of general importance as an example of early post-war reconstruction:
