Inleiding
Voormalige STOKERSWONING behorend tot het complex Sanatorium de Klokkenberg. De woning is ontworpen door C.H. de Bever en C.M. van Moorsel in traditionalistische stijl en is gebouwd in de periode 1951-1953. Het huis maakt deel uit van een rij huizen aan de zuidzijde van het terrein.
Omschrijving
De STOKERSWONING is gebouwd op rechthoekige plattegrond en is opgetrokken in metselwerk en heeft een schilddak gedekt met blauwgrijze pannen, doorbroken door schoorstenen. De hoofdingang heeft een deur met bovenlicht met omlijsting. Vensters met draairamen met een roede. Aan de rechtergevel een éénlaags bouwdeel met schilddak. Het huis heeft zijn oorspronkelijke inrichting en structuur grotendeels behouden.

De STOKERSWONING van complex Sanatorium De Klokkenberg is van algemeen belang als toonbeeld van de vroege wederopbouw:

Former STOKER'S DWELLING belonging to the complex Sanatorium De Klokkenberg. The dwelling was designed by C.H. de Bever and C.M. van Moorsel in traditionalist style and was built in the period 1951-1953. The house forms part of a row of houses on the southern side of the site.
Description
The STOKER'S DWELLING is built on a rectangular plan and is constructed in masonry and has a hipped roof covered with blue-grey tiles, interrupted by chimneys. The main entrance has a door with fanlight with surround. Windows with casement windows with glazing bars. On the right-hand façade a single-storey building section with hipped roof. The house has largely retained its original layout and structure.
Valuation
The STOKER'S DWELLING of complex Sanatorium De Klokkenberg is of general importance as an example of early post-war reconstruction:
