Inleiding
BOERDERIJ Sweep, gebouwd in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl, behorend tot het complex Sanatorium De Klokkenberg. De boerderij staat ten noordwesten van het hoofdgebouw van het complex de Klokkenberg.
Omschrijving
Het woongedeelte is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en bestaat uit één bouwlaag met kap. Het zadeldak is gedekt met rode pannen. De kozijnen, ramen en deuren zijn van hout. Het interieur met oorspronkelijke indeling vertoont een gang met een terrazzovloer en geschilderde imitatie-marmeren wanden en een sober stucplafond. Het schilderwerk in de gang betreft de oorspronkelijke kleurafwerking. Ook het schuurgedeelte is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en bestaat uit een bouwlaag met kap. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in metselwerk met kettingverband en het zadeldak is gedekt met rode pannen. De gevelindeling is utilitair van karakter met diverse stalramen, staldeuren en ventilatieroosters. De hoofddraagconstructie van de kap is gevormd door vier grenenhouten kapspanten in combinatie met het metselwerk van de buitengevels. Spantopbouw bestaande uit een tussenbalkjuk waarop een nokstijlspant met spantussenbalkstuk en kreupele stijlen is geplaatst.

The main load-bearing structure of the roof is formed by four pine wood roof trusses in combination with the masonry of the outer façades.
