onderdeel 5. Trafohuisje
Rechts naast het hoofdgebouw staat een trafohuisje met aanbouw uit het eerste kwart van de 20ste eeuw. Het geheel is opgetrokken uit baksteen met een gesneden voeg en telt één bouwlaag. Beide bouwdelen hebben een rechthoekig grondplan. Het trafohuisje heeft een met geglazuurde pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek en is voorzien van diverse houten paneeldeuren en een rond venster in de top van de eindgevels. De aanbouw wordt gedekt door een plat dak met overstek en is voorzien van diverse gedeelde houten deuren in een geprofileerde omlijsting en enkele vensters met bovenlicht. Het trafohuisje met aanbouw is van algemeen belang vanwege de historisch-functionele relatie met de buitenplaats en de bescheiden ornamentele vormgeving.

Component 5. Transformer House
To the right of the main building stands a transformer house with an extension from the first quarter of the 20th century. The whole is constructed of brickwork with a cut joint and comprises one storey. Both building sections have a rectangular ground plan. The transformer house has a gabled roof covered with glazed tiles with overhang and is provided with various wooden panel doors and a round window in the top of the gable ends. The extension is covered by a flat roof with overhang and is provided with various divided wooden doors in a moulded frame and some windows with fanlights. The transformer house with extension is of general importance because of the historical-functional relationship with the country estate and the modest ornamental design.
