onderdeel 3. Koetshuis
In baksteen opgetrokken gebouw uit het eind van de 19de eeuw van één bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. Twee rechte staldeuren met forse gebogen bovenlichten. Zijgevels met hoog gelegen vensters. Achterzijde ingericht als woning met schuifvensters. Voor de staldeuren gele klinkers met keitjes in een gebogen V-vorm gelegd. In het interieur bevindt zich nog de paardenstal met natuurstenen voederbakken en tegeltjes. Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorie (bouwstijl, gaafheid) en de betekenis voor de buitenplaats Schouwenburg.

A building constructed in brick from the end of the 19th century of one storey under a saddle roof covered with tiles. Two straight stable doors with robust curved fanlights. Side facades with high-positioned windows. Rear side arranged as a dwelling with sash windows. In front of the stable doors yellow clinkers with flint stones laid in a curved V-shape. In the interior the horse stable is still present with natural stone feeding troughs and small tiles. The coach house is of general importance because of its architectural history (building style, integrity) and its significance for the Schouwenburg country estate.
