Omschrijving onderdeel 22: TENNISHUISJE.
Tennishuisje op rechthoekige grondslag onder rieten tentdak waarvan het oostelijk dakschild in het midden iets opbolt. Aan deze zijde de entree voorafgegaan door een open veranda, rustend op vier houten pijlers. De oostwand van het tennishuisje is geheel beglaasd bestaande uit een dubbele schuifentree deur met meerruits venster onder getogen bovenlicht met meerruits venster met aan weerszijden 2 meerruits vensters, met meerruits bovenlicht. De gevels worden afgesloten door een eenvoudige ornamentele daklijst met klossen in rood en wit. De omgaande plint van het gebouwtje in steen. De wanden in verticale kraaldelen. In de zuidwand een plaquette met de stichtingsdatum (1912), marmer in een houten geprofileerde lijst.
Waardering
Het TENNISHUISJE is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de bouw als voorbeeld van een tennishuisje uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw;
- de ornamentele waarde;

Description
Description component 22: TENNIS LODGE.
Tennis lodge on rectangular plan under thatched tent roof of which the eastern roof slope bulges slightly in the middle. At this side the entrance preceded by an open veranda, resting on four wooden piers. The east wall of the tennis lodge is entirely glazed consisting of a double sliding entrance door with multi-pane window under lowered fanlight with multi-pane window with on either side 2 multi-pane windows, with multi-pane fanlight. The facades are finished with a simple ornamental cornice with blocks in red and white. The surrounding plinth of the building in stone. The walls in vertical beading. In the south wall a plaque with the founding date (1912), marble in a wooden profiled frame.
Valuation
The TENNIS LODGE is of general importance in terms of cultural heritage because of:
- its construction as an example of a tennis lodge from the early 20th century;
