Omschrijving onderdeel 30: TWEE DIENSTWONINGEN.
Blok van twee dienstwoningen onder een doorlopend zadeldak met blauwe pannen tussen de topgevels. De woningen staan op het erf van de voormalige hofboerderij aan de rand van het park. De woningen werden in 1953 in opdracht van de eigenaar van het kasteel gebouwd en werden ontworpen door architect W. Dijkman uit Zeist in een bij de buitenplaats passende Oud-Hollandse stijl.
De woningen van één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping hoog hebben witgeschilderde bakstenen gevels. De toegangen zijn in de zijgevels geplaatst. In de naar het park gerichte voorgevel vier symmetrisch geplaatste roedenvensters met luiken, geschilderd in de kleuren van De Haar en twee kleinere vierruits vensters. Goot op houten klossen. In het dakvlak vier dakkapellen. Aan de achterzijde bevinden zich twee kleine uitbouwen onder een aangekapt lessenaarsdak.
Waardering
De TWEE DIENSTWONINGEN zijn in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:

Description of component 30: TWO SERVICE DWELLINGS.
Block of two service dwellings under a continuous gabled roof with blue tiles between the end gables. The dwellings stand on the site of the former farmhouse at the edge of the park. The dwellings were built in 1953 on the instruction of the owner of the castle and were designed by architect W. Dijkman from Zeist in an Old Dutch style befitting the country estate.
The dwellings one storey and a roof storey high have whitewashed brick facades. The entrances are placed in the side facades. In the front facade facing the park four symmetrically placed glazing bar windows with shutters, painted in the colours of De Haar and two smaller four-pane windows. Gutter on wooden brackets. In the roof plane four roof dormers. On the rear side there are two small outbuildings under an attached lean-to roof.
