Omschrijving onderdeel 4: Voormalige TUINMANSWONING.
Deze woning is gelegen aan de Uiterdijk ten oosten van het koetshuis. De woning met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een mansardekap met aan de achterzijde een wolfseind gedekt met gesmoorde pannen. De gevels zijn gepleisterd en wit geschilderd. De raamopeningen in de voorgevel en de linker en rechter zijgevel zijn grotendeels oorspronkelijk. De ramen zijn vernieuwd overeenkomstig de oorspronkelijke verschijningsvorm. De huidige openingen in de oorspronkelijke gesloten achtergevel zijn van latere datum. In het interieur is de structuur nog enigszins herkenbaar, echter waardevolle onderdelen zijn niet aanwezig. De aanbouw aan de linker zijgevel is van latere datum en niet van monumentale waarde.
Waardering
De voormalige TUINMANSWONING is van algemeen architectuurhistorische, cultuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde:
- als voormalige tuinmanswoning vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de buitenplaats in het algemeen en de moestuin in het bijzonder;
- vanwege de ouderdom.

Description
Description of component 4: Former GARDENER'S COTTAGE.
This cottage is situated at the Uiterdijk to the east of the coach house. The cottage with rectangular ground plan consists of one storey enclosed by a mansard roof with on the rear side a half-hipped end covered with covered tiles. The facades are plastered and painted white. The window openings in the front facade and the left and right side facades are largely original. The windows have been renewed in accordance with the original appearance. The current openings in the original closed rear facade are of later date. In the interior the structure is still somewhat recognizable, however valuable components are not present. The extension to the left side facade is of later date and not of monumental value.
Valuation
The former GARDENER'S COTTAGE is of general architectural-historical, cultural-historical and urban planning value:
- as a former gardener's cottage because of the functional-spatial relationship with the country estate in general and the kitchen garden in particular;
- because of its age.
