Omschrijving onderdeel 3: KOETSHUIS.
Ten oosten van het hoofdgebouw ligt een gepleisterd 19de-eeuws koetshuis, dat thans als woning in gebruik is. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand met donkere plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag voorzien van hoekpilasters onder een met Oud-hollandse pannen gedekt mansardedak. Centraal in de voorgevel bevindt zich de segmentvormig getoogde dubbele inrijdeur, (thans glas) waarboven een dakkapel en aan weerszijden twee rondboogvensters. In de achtergevel zijn drie zesruitsvensters en een stalvenster.

Het KOETSHUIS is van algemeen belang:

Description
Description component 3: COACH HOUSE.
To the east of the main building is a rendered 19th-century coach house, now in use as a dwelling. The building, erected on a rectangular ground plan with a dark plinth, consists of one storey fitted with corner pilasters beneath a mansard roof covered with Old Dutch tiles. Centrally in the front facade is the segmentally arched double carriage entrance, (now glass) above which is a roof dormer and on either side two round-arched windows. In the rear facade are three six-pane windows and a stable window.
