Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HOOFDGEBOUW (Overvelde).
Het wit gepleisterde, blokvormige hoofdgebouw ligt centraal in de aanleg en bestaat uit een begane grond, verdieping en zolder onder een met gesmoorde, Hollandse pannen gedekt, afgeplat schilddak met vier schoorstenen op de hoeken. De symmetrische voorgevel is vijf traveëen breed en voorzien van een centrale voordeur met bovenlicht, opgenomen in een pilasterstelling, geflankeerd door hoge schuifvensters in empirestijl. In alle gevels zijn de vensters op de verdieping minder hoog dan de vensters op de begane grond. De vensters waren gedurende verschillende perioden voorzien van gepaneelde luiken, thans ontbreken ze geheel. De overgang naar het dak wordt gemarkeerd door een eenvoudig hoofdgestel. De rechter zijgevel telt drie traveeën. Links en centraal in de gevel dubbele, openslaande meerruits deuren naar de tuin, rechts en op de verdieping schuifvensters als boven in de voorgevel. De achtergevel is drie venstertraveeën breed, in het midden bevindt zich een achterdeur met bovenlicht, die aan weerszijden geflankeerd wordt door een meerruits venster, het rechter venster is groter van formaat dan de andere voorkomende vensters, op de verdieping de gebruikelijke vensters in de linker en rechter travee en een hoog smal venster boven de deur. De linkerzijgevel kent een onregelmatige vensterindeling, aan de voorzijde op de begane grond een groot driestrooks venster, daarboven een schuifvenster, aan de achterzijde zowel op de begane grond als op de verdieping een klein venster.

Description of component 1: MAIN BUILDING (Overvelde).
The white rendered, block-shaped main building is centrally located in the layout and consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic beneath a hipped roof with muted Dutch tiles and four chimneys at the corners. The symmetrical front facade is five bays wide and provided with a central entrance door with fanlight, set within a pilaster arrangement, flanked by tall sash windows in Empire style. In all facades the windows on the first floor are less tall than the windows on the ground floor. The windows were during different periods provided with panelled shutters, now they are completely absent. The transition to the roof is marked by a simple cornice. The right side facade has three bays. Left and central in the facade double, opening multi-pane doors to the garden, right and on the first floor sash windows as above in the front facade. The rear facade is three window bays wide, in the middle there is a rear door with fanlight, flanked on either side by a multi-pane window, the right window is larger in size than the other windows found, on the first floor the usual windows in the left and right bay and a tall narrow window above the door. The left side facade has an irregular window arrangement, at the front on the ground floor a large three-pane window, above it a sash window, at the rear both on the ground floor and on the first floor a small window.
