TUINVAZEN ('URNEN') OP KADEMUUR behorende tot de buitenplaats Nijenhuis.
Op de Bentheimer dekstukken op de in- en uitzwenkende hoeken van de kademuur aan de achterzijde van het huis, staan vier op urnen gelijkende tuinvazen van betonachtig materiaal. Ze zijn rondom gedecoreerd met guirlandes, die door verwering sterk afgevlakt zijn. De vazen zijn pas na 1914 op de kademuur geplaatst. Ze dateren vermoedelijk uit de tweede helft van de 19de of uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw.

Description
GARDEN VASES (URNS) ON QUAY WALL belonging to the country estate Nijenhuis.
On the Bentheimer coping pieces on the inward and outward curving corners of the quay wall on the rear side of the house stand four garden vases resembling urns made of concrete-like material. They are decorated all around with garlands, which through weathering have become considerably worn. The vases were only placed on the quay wall after 1914. They probably date from the second half of the 19th century or from the beginning of the 20th century.
