Omschrijving onderdeel 5: DIENSTWONINGEN.
Ensemble van 4 dienstwoningen op aaneengesloten rechhoekige grondslag onder één schilddak met aan de oostzijde rode en aan de zuidzijde grijze pannen. Het ensemble dateert in oorsprong uit 1630 en werd toen als hovenierswoning naast de kaatsbaan, in de noordoostelijke hoek van de aanleg de Plantage gebouwd. Voorzijde: vier rechte toegangsdeuren onder toogstrek met meerruits bovenlichten en met aan weerszijden ervan meerruits schuifvensters met luiken. Aan de zuidzijde vier en aan de noordzijde drie dakkapellen met meerruits vensters, overkapt door met pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het ensemble werd in 1943 ingrijpend gerestaureerd.

Description
Description component 5: SERVICE DWELLINGS.
Ensemble of 4 service dwellings on adjoining rectangular ground plan under one hipped roof with red tiles on the eastern side and grey tiles on the southern side. The ensemble dates in origin from 1630 and was built at that time as a gardener's dwelling beside the ball-court, in the northeastern corner of the Plantage layout. Front elevation: four straight entrance doors under a barrel arch with multi-paned fanlights and with multi-paned sash windows with shutters on either side. On the southern side four and on the northern side three roof dormers with multi-paned windows, covered by a gabled roof with tiled covering. The ensemble underwent extensive restoration in 1943.
