Omschrijving onderdeel 1: langgevelboerderij
Inleiding
LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ, daterend uit XVIIIB-XIXA en opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl. De boerderij ligt buiten de bebouwde kom op een ruim erf met boerenbloementuin en fruitbomen. De boerderij ligt met de nok evenwijdig aan de straat.
Omschrijving
Eenlaagse langgevelboerderij, boven een gepleisterde plint opgetrokken uit donkere handgevormde baksteen in kruisverband. Het rieten zadeldak met wolfseinden heeft stroken van voornamelijk rode Hollandse pannen. Op de nok links uit het midden een gemetselde schoorsteen. De hoofdingang met voordeur en 2-ruits bovenlicht bevindt zich aan de naar de weg toegewende lange zijde. Links een venster met 20-ruits schuifraam. Rechts in het bedrijfsgedeelte een ijzeren lunetvormig stalraam met twee roeden. Lage dubbele deuren. De andere lange gevel is geheel gepleisterd. Deze heeft ter hoogte van het woongedeelte twee vensters met 4-ruits schuiframen en een deur. Daarnaast in het bedrijfsgedeelte een staldeur en lage dubbele deuren. De korte zijgevel links heeft twee vensters met 6-ruits schuiframen. De korte zijgevel links heeft twee ijzeren lunetvormige stalramen. Op zolderniveau een hooiluik. Staafankers. De kozijnen zijn turquoise van kleur, de ramen wit en de deuren en luiken middelgroen.
Inwendig is de oorspronkelijke indeling grotendeels nog intact. Er is een kleine woonkeuken tegen de lange achtergevel met kleine schouw en geprofileerde schouwbalk. Laag balkenplafond.
Waardering
De langgevelboerderij uit XVIIIB-XIXA is van algemeen belang. Het pand heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een streekeigen boerderijtype. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde wegens de in- en uitwendig gaaf bewaardgebleven hoofdstructuur en onderdelen van het interieur, de harmonische verhoudingen en ambachtelijk toegepaste traditionele bouwmaterialen. Description
Single-storey long-facade farmhouse, erected above a plastered plinth in dark hand-moulded brick in English bond. The thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends has stripes of predominantly red Dutch tiles. On the ridge left of centre a brick chimney. The main entrance with front door and 2-pane fanlight is located on the long side facing the road. On the left a window with 20-pane sash window. On the right in the commercial section an iron lunette-shaped stable window with two muntins. Low double doors. The other long gable is entirely plastered. At the height of the residential section this has two windows with 4-pane sash windows and a door. Adjacent to this in the commercial section a stable door and low double doors. The short gable on the left has two windows with 6-pane sash windows. The short gable on the right has two iron lunette-shaped stable windows. At attic level a hay door. Bar anchors. The frames are turquoise in colour, the sashes white and the doors and shutters mid-green.
Internally the original layout is largely still intact. There is a small living kitchen against the long rear gable with small chimney and profiled chimney beam. Low beam ceiling.
