Omschrijving onderdeel 7: ZOMERHUIS.
Het zomerhuis staat naast en ten zuiden van de boerderij. Het dateert van omstreeks 1860, met latere verbouwingen. Het is een klein gebouwtje van één bouwlaag met een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het huis is rondom gepleisterd en witgeschilderd. De toegang bevindt zich in de linker zijgevel. In de beide zijgevels bevindt zich één roedeverdeeld raam. In de voorgevel bevinden zich op de begane grond twee onder een gedrukte keperboog gekoppelde, roedeverdeelde vensters, en een enkel roedeverdeeld venster met een keperboogvormige bovenzijde op de verdieping. De achtergevel is blind. Het zomerhuis vormt samen met de boerderij een ensemble met op het erf een drietal leilinden.

Description
Description of component 7: SUMMER HOUSE.
The summer house stands beside and to the south of the farmhouse. It dates from around 1860, with later alterations. It is a small building of one storey with a gabled roof (saddle roof) covered with tiles. The house is plastered and white-painted all around. The entrance is located in the left side gable. In both side gables there is one glazing-bar window. In the front façade on the ground floor there are two glazing-bar windows coupled under a depressed herringbone arch, and a single glazing-bar window with a herringbone-arched upper part on the upper storey. The rear façade is blind. The summer house together with the farmhouse forms an ensemble with three linden trees on the courtyard.
