Omschrijving onderdeel 7: (Schellerbergweg 20 en 22)
DUBBELE DIENSTWONING behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Schellerberg, gebouwd omstreeks 1920, is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak met wolfeinden en rode tuile du Nordpannen. De fundamenten van de dienstwoning zijn van een oudere boerderij, waarvan ook enkele kozijnen zijn hergebruikt. Het middendeel van de voorgevel is hoger opgetrokken. De gevels zijn witgepleisterd en worden geleed door vensters en deuren met bovenlichten. Een deel van de vensters of bovenlichten is voorzien van roeden en behangen met luiken. In de voor- en zijgevel zijn de vensters onder grijs geschilderde lateien geplaatst. Aan de noordkant is een niet beschermenswaardige aanbouw toegevoegd. De kozijnen zijn in de loop van de tijd gedeeltelijk gewijzigd.

Description component 7: (Schellerbergweg 20 and 22)
DOUBLE SERVICE DWELLING forming part of the historic country estate Schellerberg, built around 1920, is built on a rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof with half-hipped ends and red Tuile du Nord tiles. The foundations of the service dwelling are from an older farmhouse, of which some window frames have also been reused. The central section of the front facade is built higher. The facades are whitewashed and articulated by windows and doors with fanlights. Some of the windows or fanlights are provided with glazing bars and hung with shutters. In the front and side facades the windows are placed under grey-painted lintels. On the north side a non-protected extension has been added. The window frames have been partially altered over time.
