Omschrijving onderdeel 6: (Schellerbergweg 18A)
KOETSHUIS behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Schellerberg, gebouwd omstreeks 1870/1880 is in rode baksteen opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt overkapt door een met riet gedekt zadeldak met wolfeinden. De oorspronkelijke baanders en hooiluiken in beide eindgevels, de stalvensters en een staldeur zijn bewaard gebleven. Het interieur is gedeeltelijk gewijzigd.

Het koetshuis behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Schellerberg is van algemeen belang vanwege: - vanwege de ouderdom; - vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en delen van het interieur; - vanwege de karakteristieke vormgeving; - vanwege de functionele en ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

Description component 6: (Schellerbergweg 18A)
COACH HOUSE forming part of the historic country estate Schellerberg, built around 1870/1880, is built in red brick on a rectangular ground plan and is covered by a reed-thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends. The original brickwork bands and hay doors in both end facades, the stable windows and a stable door have been preserved. The interior has been partially altered.

The coach house forming part of the historic country estate Schellerberg is of general interest by virtue of: - its age; - the integrity of the exterior and parts of the interior; - its characteristic design; - the functional and spatial relationship with the other components of the country estate.
