Omschrijving onderdeel 3: (Bosweg 15)
Eind-18de-/vroeg-19de-eeuwse BOERDERIJ met BERG en bijbehorende boomgaard gelegen aan de bosrand van de historische buitenplaats Schellerberg. De boerderij (type krukhuis) is opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een rietgedekt afgewolfd zadel-/schilddak met vorstpannen en twee gemetselde schoorstenen op de nok. In de fundamenten bevinden zich naar verluidt kloostermoppen. In de voorgevel (W) vier schuifvensters met roeden en opgeklampte luiken. Achter de drie rechter vensters bevond zich de woning van de boer, achter het linker venster woonde de dagloner. Halverwege de dakaanzet zijn twee kleine vensters aangebracht. In de noordgevel een deur die toegang tot het woongedeelte verschaft. Een enkel venster met opgeklampte luiken en kleine stalvensters onderbreken het muurvlak van de zijgevels. Het voorhuis van de boerderij (type krukhuis) is in het verleden binnen het bedrijfsgedeelte uitgebreid. Tegelijkertijd is het bedrijfsgedeelte vergroot om de ruimte te behouden, waardoor de achtergevel (O) verplaatst moest worden. In het bedrijfsgedeelte zijn in de oorspronkelijke gebinten de openingen van de originele deurposten nog aanwezig. In de achtergevel wordt een getoogde baander met rechtgesloten opgeklampte deuren geflankeerd door twee rechtgesloten staldeuren. Naast de linker zijgevel (N) staat een varkensschuur, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang is. Hier staat ook nog een 'poeppot'. Interieur- Naast de oorspronkelijke gebinten zijn in het interieur onder meer een schouw met tegels en de ruitjes in de brandmuur tussen huis en bedrijfsgedeelte bewaard gebleven. Ten oosten van de boerderij staat een BERG opgebouwd uit vier roeden en een rietgedekte kap. De berg is omgebouwd tot trekkershut.

De BOERDERIJ met BERG behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Schellerberg zijn van algemeen belang: - vanwege de ouderdom; - vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en het goed bewaard gebleven interieur van de boerderij; - vanwege de historisch-functionele relatie met elkaar en de rest van de buitenplaats; - vanwege de ensemblewaarde met de andere complexonderdelen; - vanwege de functioneel en ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

Late 18th-/early 19th-century FARMHOUSE with BARN and associated orchard located at the wood's edge of the historic country estate Schellerberg. The farmhouse (crook house type) is built in red brick under a reed-thatched arched gabled roof with ridge tiles and two masonry chimneys on the ridge. According to reports, the foundations contain monastery tiles. In the front facade (W) four sash windows with glazing bars and clamped shutters. Behind the three right-hand windows was the farmer's dwelling; behind the left-hand window lived the day labourer. Halfway up the roof line two small windows have been installed. In the north facade a door providing access to the residential section. A single window with clamped shutters and small stable windows interrupt the wall surface of the side facades. The front section of the farmhouse (crook house type) was previously extended within the business section. At the same time the business section was enlarged to maintain space, requiring the relocation of the rear facade (E). In the business section the openings of the original door posts remain in the original roof trusses. In the rear facade a curved brickwork band with closed clamped doors is flanked by two closed stable doors. Next to the left side facade (N) stands a pigsty which is of subsidiary importance for protection purposes. A 'poeppot' still stands here too. Interior - In addition to the original roof trusses, the interior has preserved a hearth with tiles and the panes in the firewall between the house and business section. To the east of the farmhouse stands a BARN constructed from four bays with a reed-thatched roof. The barn has been converted into a barge dwelling.
