Rijtje van vijf WONINGEN gebouwd voor arbeiders van de fabriek "Nieuw Werklust", aan het begin van de 20ste eeuw tot stand gekomen in Traditionele Ambachtelijke stijl.

Vijf identieke geschakelde woningen vanaf een gepleisterde plint over een laag opgetrokken in rode baksteen in staand metselverband onder een met gesmoorde kruispannen gedekt mansardedak. Langs de dakrand is een fries van siermetselwerk aangebracht. De voorgevel aan de straatzijde (zuid) heeft vijf identieke entrees, iets teruggeplaatst binnen portieken onder segmentbogen van rode verblendsteen. De paneeldeuren hebben smalle staande vensters en zesruits bovenlichten. De entrees worden afgewisseld door twee vierruits vensters onder tienruits bovenlichten eveneens onder een segmentbogen van rode verblendsteen. Boven de voorgevel zijn vijf dakkapellen geplaatst met negenruits vensters onder lessenaardaken. In de beide kopse gevels (oost en west) zijn in de top 2 vensters geplaatst.
Waardering
De arbeiderswoningen zijn van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde - wegens de functionele en ruimtelijke relatie met de pannenfabriek. - als goed typologisch voorbeeld. Tevens zijn de panden gaaf in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering. - vanwege de stedenbouwkundige waarde door de beeldbepalende situering aan de weg naast de pannenfabriek bovendien hebben de woningen ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van het complex.

Row of five DWELLINGS built for workers of the factory "Nieuw Werklust", created at the beginning of the 20th century in Traditional Craft style.
Description
Five identical terraced dwellings from a plastered plinth over one storey constructed in red brick in stretcher bond under a mansard roof covered with muted Spanish tiles. Along the roof edge a frieze of ornamental brickwork is applied. The front facade facing the street (south) has five identical entrances, set slightly back within porticoes under segmental arches of red facing brick. The panel doors have narrow tall windows and six-light fanlights. The entrances are alternated by two four-light windows under ten-light fanlights likewise under segmental arches of red facing brick. Above the front facade five roof dormers are placed with nine-light windows under lean-to roofs. In both end gables (east and west) 2 windows are placed at the top.
Valuation
The workers' dwellings are of general importance because of their cultural and architectural-historical value
