DROOGLOODS bestaande uit twee loodsen uit verschillende bouwjaren, vernieuwd in 1929 en gebouwd in Traditioneel Ambachtelijke bouwstijl.

Lange smalle droogloods opgetrokken op L-vormige grondslag in een met hout beklede constructie met jaloezieroosters onder een met rode Tuile du Nord en gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Inwendig een houten spantconstructie.
Waardering
De droogloods is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde - als onderdeel van de laatste nog in gebruik zijnde pannenfabriek aan de Rijndijk. - vanwege de ensemble- en stedenbouwkundige waarde voortkomend uit de ruimtelijke en functionele verbondenheid met het beeld bepalend gesitueerde fabriekscomplex.

DRYING SHED consisting of two sheds from different building periods, renewed in 1929 and built in Traditional Artisanal style.
Description
Long narrow drying shed erected on an L-shaped floor plan in a wood-clad construction with jalousie grilles under a gabled roof covered with red Tuile du Nord and smoked Dutch tiles. Internally a wooden roof truss structure.
Valuation
The drying shed is of general importance because of its cultural-historical value - as part of the last still operational tile factory on the Rijndijk. - because of the ensemble and urban-planning value resulting from the spatial and functional connection with the visually defining situated factory complex.
