LOODS MET OVEN met onbekend bouwjaar opgetrokken in Traditioneel Ambachtelijke bouwstijl.
Omschrijving
Langgerekte loods van één bouwlaag opgetrokken in metselwerk van halfsteensverband onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Beschoten kopse gevel en houten kozijnen. Door het dak steekt een in rode baksteen opgemetselde ronde schoorsteen. Inwendig een oven.
Waardering
De loods met oven is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde - als onderdeel van de laatste nog in gebruik zijnde kleiwarenfabriek aan de Rijndijk; - wegens de ensemble- en stedenbouwkundige waarde voortkomend uit de ruimtelijke en functionele verbondenheid met het beeld bepalend gesitueerde fabriekscomplex.

Description
Elongated shed of one storey constructed in brickwork of half-brick bond under a gabled roof covered with muted Dutch tiles. Boarded end gable and wooden window frames. Protruding through the roof is a round chimney laid up in red brick. Internally an oven.

The shed with oven is of general importance because of its cultural-historical value
- as part of the last still-operating earthenware factory on the Rijndijk; - because of the ensemble and urban planning value resulting from the spatial and functional coherence with the visually defining situated factory complex.
