Omschrijving
Langgerekte loods met groen geschilderde houten wanden onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Beschoten kopse gevel, houten kozijnen.
Waardering
De loods is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde - als onderdeel van de laatste nog in gebruik zijnde kleiwarenfabriek aan de Rijndijk; - de ensemble- en stedebouwkundige waarde voortkomend uit de ruimtelijke en functionele verbondenheid met het beeldbepalend gesitueerde fabriekscomplex.
