De TERREINAANLEG dateert eveneens uit 1882 en bestaat uit een VOORTUIN in Engelse stijl is, een veelhoekig houten PRIEEL uit omstreeks 1930, een SINGEL die zich voor het huis manifesteert als VIJVER en een BAKSTENEN DAM met sierlijke ijzeren muurankers. Het oorspronkelijke, rijk bewerkte ijzeren toegangshek is niet meer aanwezig. Sinds de aanleg is de structuur van de voortuin ongewijzigd gebleven. Karakteristiek zijn de door slingerpaden omgeven bloemperken en de lichte glooiingen van het terrein. Op het grasveld staat, grenzend aan het gazon, nog een monumentale 'kruliep' . De pendant, een monumentale suikeresdoorn, is enkele decennia geleden omgewaaid. Op het terrein komen verder stinzenplanten en bijzondere heestersoorten voor, daaronder de gevederde pimpernoot (staphylea pinnata). Het ACHTERTERREIN, met rechthoekige houten SCHUUR met paardenstal onder pannengedekt zadeldak, draagt het karakter van een nutstuin met onder andere vruchtbomen.

The SITE LAYOUT likewise dates from 1882 and consists of a FRONT GARDEN in English style, a polygonal wooden PERGOLA from around 1930, a waterway that manifests itself before the house as a POND and a BRICK DAM with ornamental iron wall anchors. The original, richly worked iron entrance gate is no longer present. Since the laying out, the structure of the front garden has remained unchanged. Characteristic are the flower beds surrounded by winding paths and the gentle slopes of the terrain. On the lawn stands, bordering the grass, a monumental curly lime tree. The pendant, a monumental sugar maple, blew over several decades ago. On the terrain further old-fashioned plants and special shrub species are found, including the feathered bladdernut (staphylea pinnata). The REAR TERRAIN, with rectangular wooden BARN with horse stable under tile-covered gabled roof, has the character of a utility garden with among other things fruit trees.
