KAS, behorende tot het complex voormalige "Bloemenkwekerij Uiterweg 207", gebouwd in 1926 in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant in opdracht van W. Keessen A.W. Zn.
Omschrijving
De kas is in glas en houten stijl- en regelwerk op een bakstenen voet opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en heeft de noklijn van het flauw hellende zadeldak haaks op de weg. De spanten en trekspanten van de ijzeren draagconstructie zijn gebogen bij de overgang van dak naar wand. De verwarmingsinstallatie is nog aanwezig (doch buiten bedrijf). In de lange zijgevels zijn houten deuren geplaatst, in de kopgevels schuifdeuren.
Waardering
De kas is van algemeen belang vanwege cultuur- en bouwhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex "Bloemenkwekerij Uiterweg 207"en als gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeeld van een kas uit de eerste helft van de 20ste eeuw.

Description
The greenhouse is constructed of glass and wooden frame members on a brick base on a rectangular floor plan and has the ridgeline of the gently sloping gabled roof perpendicular to the road. The rafters and tie-beams of the iron load-bearing structure are curved at the transition from roof to wall. The heating installation is still present (but out of operation). In the long side facades wooden doors are placed, in the gable ends sliding doors.
Valuation
The greenhouse is of general interest by reason of cultural and construction-historical value as a historically-functional component of the complex "Flower nursery Uiterweg 207" and as an intact preserved example of a greenhouse from the first half of the 20th century.
