Inleiding
KLEINE SCHUUR, behorende tot het complex voormalige "Bloemenkwekerij Uiterweg 207", in oorsprong daterend uit omstreeks 1900 maar verbouwd in 1926 in Traditioneel-ambachtelijke bouwtrant.
NB: Het afdak tussen de kleine schuur en de kas valt niet onder de bescherming.
Omschrijving
De kleine schuur achter de grote schuur, opgetrokken in hout op rechthoekige plattegrond, bevat één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met de noklijn evenwijdig aan de weg, bedekt met grijze kruispannen. De gootlijst rust op gesneden consoles. De kleine schuur, opgetrokken in horizontale gerabatte delen met beslag in de topgevels, bevat in de zijgevels een horizontale vensterreeks.
In de voorgevel (ZW) bevindt zich een dubbele houten deur met zesruitsvensters, geflankeerd door een venster met horizontale roede.
De achtergevel (NO) bevat in het midden een houten geklampte deur, geflankeerd door een venster met horizontale roede. Vóór de deur staat een houten hokje, opgetrokken in rabatdelen.
In het interieur van de kleine schuur bevindt zich een gebogen houten plafond. Tussen de kleine schuur en de kas is een afdak bevestigd.

SMALL BARN, belonging to the complex of the former "Bloemenkwekerij Uiterweg 207", originally dating from approximately 1900 but rebuilt in 1926 in Traditional-artisanal building style.

Description
The small barn behind the large barn, constructed in wood on a rectangular plan, contains one storey under a gabled roof with the ridge line parallel to the road, covered with grey interlocking tiles. The gutterline rests on carved consoles. The small barn, constructed in horizontal rebated sections with fittings in the gable tops, contains in the side gables a horizontal window series.
In the front gable (SW) is a double wooden door with six-pane windows, flanked by a window with horizontal glazing bar.
The rear gable (NE) contains in the centre a wooden bolted door, flanked by a window with horizontal glazing bar. In front of the door stands a wooden hut, constructed in rebated sections.
In the interior of the small barn is a curved wooden ceiling. Between the small barn and the greenhouse a lean-to is attached.
Valuation
The small barn is of general interest due to cultural and building historical value as a historically-functional component of the complex "Bloemenkwekerij Uiterweg 207" and as a well-preserved example of a barn from the first half of the 20th century, belonging to a flower nursery.
