GROTE SCHUUR, behorende tot het complex voormalige "Bloemenkwekerij Uiterweg 207" en in 1926 gebouwd in zakelijk-expressionistische trant naar ontwerp van architect ir. J.F. Berghoef (1903 - 1994).
Omschrijving
Grote schuur, opgetrokken in hout op rechthoekige plattegrond van één bouwlaag en zolderverdieping onder hoog opgaand zadeldak met wolfseind aan de oost- en westzijde, bedekt met oranjerode verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De houten bakgoten rusten op uitstekende houten consoles. De horizontale roedenverdeling is nog aanwezig. De grote schuur, tot de vensters opgetrokken in horizontale rabatdelen, tot de gootlijst in vertikale gerabatte delen en met topgevels in horizontale gerabatte delen, bevat in de noordwestgevel een deur op de begane grond en een breed venster in de topgevel, met draairamen en geflankeerd door dubbele ramen.
De noordoostgevel van de grote schuur bevat van links naar rechts twee zesruitsvensters, een tweeruitsvenster, een dubbele houten opgeklampte deur, een tweeruitsvenster en een zesruitsvenster.

Large barn, constructed in wood on a rectangular plan of one storey and attic floor under a steeply pitched gabled roof with half-hipped roof on the east and west sides, covered with orange-red improved Dutch tiles. The wooden gutters rest on projecting wooden consoles. The horizontal glazing bars are still present. The large barn, constructed up to the windows in horizontal rebated sections, up to the gutterline in vertical rebated sections and with gable tops in horizontal rebated sections, contains in the northwest gable a door on the ground floor and a wide window in the gable top, with casement windows and flanked by double windows.
The northeast gable of the large barn contains from left to right two six-pane windows, a two-pane window, a double wooden bolted door, a two-pane window and a six-pane window.
The southwest gable contains on the left side a large wooden folding door with six-pane window. Adjacent to this, the gable contains in succession two six-pane windows, and a wooden double door.
The southeast gable contains on the ground floor a window series with sixteen panes and a wooden bolted door with triangular light. In the gable top a door, flanked by four-pane windows gives access to a wooden balcony.
