Omschrijving
Het ketelhuis met machinekamers en pompinstallatie is gebouwd in 1895 en markeert mede het begin van de nieuwe DRU na sloop van de oude ijzerhut. De zandbereiding en zandhokken dateren uit het einde van de 19e eeuw en zijn onder meer van belang als functioneel onderdeel van het productieproces.

Description
The boiler house with machine rooms and pump installation was built in 1895 and also marks the beginning of the new DRU after demolition of the old iron foundry. The sand preparation and sand bins date from the end of the 19th century and are among other things of importance as a functional component of the production process.
