Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, tegenwoordig onderkomen voor asielzoekers. Het pand ligt op het westelijk deel van het complex ten noorden van nummer 61. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwentype op een rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een steil schilddak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een centraal in de voorgevel gelegen, iets terugliggende, licht getoogde ingang met bakstenen trapje, één centraal geplaatste dakkapel met een zinken schilddakje, één gemetselde schoorsteen.De deur en de vensters zijn nog origineel.
