Inleiding.
KOLENOPSLAGPLAATS, nu leegstaand. Het vrijstaande kolenhok is gelegen in de zuidwestelijke hoek van het complex aan de oostelijke zijde van nummer 60. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwtje (5m2) op rechthoekige grondslag onder een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Aan de voorzijde bevindt zich een recht gesloten toegang tot het opslaggedeelte met een houten opgeklampte deur, aan de achterzijde de twee rechthoekige openingen waardoor de kolen gestort en verwijderd konden worden. Dit is het enige nog bestaande kolenhokje op het complex. Toen er na de oorlog van kolen op gas werd overgeschakeld, werden op deze na, alle kolenhokjes, die zich meestal in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de legeringsgebouwen bevonden, afgebroken.

COAL STORAGE YARD, now vacant. The detached coal shed is located in the southwestern corner of the complex on the eastern side of number 60. The building was constructed in 1941-1942 as an imitation of the German Craft-traditional building style.

Small building (5m2) on rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof covered with improved Dutch tiles. On the front is a straight closed entrance to the storage section with a wooden clamped door, on the rear are two rectangular openings through which the coal could be delivered and removed. This is the only remaining coal shed on the complex. After the war, when coal was replaced with gas, all other coal sheds, which were usually located in the immediate vicinity of the barracks buildings, were demolished with the exception of this one.
