Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers.
Het pand is gelegen in de zuidwestelijke hoek van het complex tussen de nummers 60 en 62. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, de ingang links in de lange zijde, zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, topgevel met vlechtingen, twee dakkapellen met een zinken schilddakje, drie gemetselde schoorstenen. Deur en vensters zijn grotendeels nog origineel. Aan de achterzijde bevinden zich nog de originele samengestelde dakkapellen met een met pannen gedekt lessenaarsdak. De brandtrap in de rechter zijgevel is een latere toevoeging.

Large building type on rectangular ground plan with facades in fair-faced brickwork, the entrance on the left in the long side, gabled roof covered with improved Dutch tiles, gabled roof with wattle infill, two roof dormers with a zinc hipped roof, three masonry chimneys. Door and windows are for the most part still original. On the rear are the original composite roof dormers with a lean-to roof covered with tiles. The fire escape in the right side facade is a later addition.
