Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers.
Het pand is het westelijk deel van het complex gelegen tussen de nummers 57 en 72. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Middelgroot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, topgevels met vlechtingen, een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een centraal in de lange gevel gelegen, licht getoogde ingang met gemetseld laag trapje, aan elke lange zijde een dakkapel onder een zinken schilddakje, twee gemetselde schoorstenen, aanzetstenen van tuf. Vrijwel alle vensters bevinden zich nog in de originele staat. Ook de deur is nog origineel.

Almost all windows remain in their original condition. The door is also original.
