Inleiding.
MAGAZIJN/GARAGE, gelegen aan de zuidoostelijke zijde van een rechthoekig plein in het westelijke deel van het complex, ten zuiden van gebouw 45. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Middelgroot éénlaags gebouw op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De korte gevel aan de pleinzijde heeft drie met segmentbogen getoogde houten opgeklampte deuren. Boven de middelste hiervan bevindt zich nog een smal venstertje. De lange gevel aan de pleinzijde heeft drie hoge segmentbogen; de buitenste twee zijn dichtgezet, de middelste bevat een dubbele houten inrijdeur. Verder twee vensters in de vorm van een liggende rechthoek met ramen met roedenverdeling.

The short facade on the courtyard side has three wooden hinged doors with segmental arches. Above the middle one there is still a narrow small window. The long facade on the courtyard side has three tall segmental arches; the outer two are closed off, the middle one contains a double wooden carriage door. Furthermore, two windows in the form of a horizontal rectangle with sash frames with glazing bars.
