Inleiding.
KARSCHOP, behorende bij een voormalige langgevelboerderij met aangebouwd achterhuis en Vlaamse schuur. De boerderij is waarschijnlijk na een brand in 1842 opnieuw opgebouwd. Omstreeks 1915 heeft een verbouwing plaatsgevonden.
Omschrijving.
Haaks op de achteraanbouw staat een karschop onder zadeldak, met opgeklampte deuren en inrijpoort. In dit gebouwtje is een kleine buitenplee ondergebracht, voorzien van opgeklampte deur. De gevel die naar 't Zwaantje is gericht is bijna geheel blind.
Waardering.
Het karschop is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als afspiegeling van de sociaaleconomische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in midden-Brabant, het is tevens van belang voor de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarden vanwege de afleesbaarheid van de bouwgeschiedenis. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van de kern van het kerkdorp Enschot, die cultuurhistorisch van belang is. Het geheel is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

COACH HOUSE, belonging to a former long-side farmhouse with adjoining rear house and Flemish barn. The farmhouse was probably rebuilt after a fire in 1842. Around 1915 a renovation took place.
Description.
At right angles to the rear extension stands a coach house under gabled roof, with clamped doors and cart entrance. In this small building a small outdoor privy is housed, provided with a clamped door. The gable facing 't Zwaantje is almost entirely blind.
Valuation.
The coach house is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical value as a reflection of the socio-economic development of agriculture in central Brabant, and is also significant for the typological development of the farmhouse. It has architectural-historical values because of the legibility of the building history. It has ensemble values as part of the core of the church village Enschot, which is of cultural-historical significance. The whole has been well preserved.
